===== Impressions =====
TM 2493 is a cheap market oriented laptop, with SD card reader, that does well his job. Batterie charge last for 2.5 hours with display brigtness set to a mid level and over 3-4 hours with brightness set to the minimum value (but you need a good light source in this case...). The only lackness of this laptop is IMHO given by the processor. This Intel® Celeron® M has indeed more than the calculus power I need 90% of the time, but it's factory specs doesn't allow SpeedStep, obviously this not the best for a laptop system... another minor flaw is the lackness of bluetooth (I' not using it, so for me it's only a minor flaw...:) ).\\
The laptop I bought has 1 GB of memory installed, but to my knowledge TM 2493 default is to have only 512 MB installed, so some kind of upgrade may be needed if you want more memory.
